• At least 24hr advance notice required for all bookings.

• No outside food or drink allowed.

• Payment is due by the end of the day of event.

• Free Wifi, air conditioning, projector, complimentary water service comes with rental.

• 125,000 kip per hour or 800,000 kip for a full day.
