Common Grounds has 2 options for rental.
At least 24hr advance notice required for all bookings.
No outside food or drink allowed.
Payment is due by the end of the day of event.
Free Wifi, air conditioning, projector w/ screen, complimentary water service comes with rental.
100,000kip per hour standard rate, however you can pay up to 50,000kip per hour in food.
For example:
4 hr room rental + No food = 400,000kip for room rental
4 hr room rental + 200,000kip purchase of food = 200,000kip for room rental.
